The location is decent with easy access to attractions.
My stay was marred by inadequate shower facilities, as the water soaked the entire bathroom. The elevator had an unpleasant smell, which made me uncomfortable every time I used it. there was a lack of basic amenities like shampoo, and I had to ask for extra towels because only two were provided.

Incredible staff made our stay unforgettable! They eagerly assisted with laundry, arranged train tickets, and ensured we were on time for departures. The location is perfect for dining and shopping, while the comfortable beds and provided body wash were appreciated touches. Clean, with fantastic water pressure, it's a gem worth visiting!

The Deluxe Family Suite was spacious, making it comfortable for my family. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was appreciated despite its placement next to the toilet.
The shower situation caused the entire bathroom to get wet, and there was a noticeable smell in the elevator. we had to request extra towels since only two were provided.

Had a sound time at this place! The staff were boss, always smiling and helped me loads with tour tips. The breakfast was fab too, with lovely freshly cooked options. Only downside was the wet bathroom after a shower, but it’s not a massive deal. Can't wait to come back!

Our family had a blast exploring Cat Ba Island, kayaking through the stunning waters and relaxing on beautiful beaches. The spacious Deluxe Family Suite fit us perfectly, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helped us connect with local activities.
My kids wished the bathroom setup was better, as the shower made a mess everywhere.

this hotel is really comfy and the biggest bed i've ever had! the staff were super nice and helpful, they even gave me info about the area when i checked in. got some extra time on my checkout which was chill too. the shower worked great, warm water and good pressure. also, the location is decent with cheap motorcycle rentals available!

Had an amazing time with my friends! The breakfast was super tasty with many options. We loved kayaking around Cat Ba Island and exploring the beautiful beaches. The tips from the staff were on point, making our trips enjoyable. Definitely a spot to revisit next time we're in the area.
The only hiccup was that the shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it, which was a bit annoying.
